Yeah, or use Keyswords or the Status/QA Whiteboard. Afaik, the Whiteboards can 
be used with arbitrary content, so we only need to agree on a set of strings 
for this, e.g. FixedFX (when it is fixed already or was never an issue), FX 
(when it is present in FX) and no mentioning of any FX to show that nobody 
knows.
