I'm pretty sure that it's the xulrunner-cpio bug, but in the case it's
not, you might be using mismatched bitness of firefox vs xulrunner.
They both need to be i386 or x86_64.
Either way,
rpm -e --nodeps xulrunner
yum install xulrunner.i386
should fix it.
