Reasons to preseve X on tty7

Well, upstart will stop prefdm when leaving runlevel 5, opening up
tty1. Then it will run event.d/tty1 after event.d/rc3 completes,
starting a getty on tty1. So, I think that's covered, but maybe I'm
missing something.
