RFC: fix summary text for lots of packages

At the moment, one. But to a user this "framework" shows up in lots of
different places. For instance in F10 it'll show:

* Add remove programs
* Update viewer
* Log viewer
* Progress window
* Service pack creator

And in F11:

* When installing fonts for new languages
* When a program is required to open a mimetype
* When installing development files in anjunta
* When installing dictionaries in abiword

So it's not just a case of it being shown prominently in "one"
application at all.
