Now you're testing it, finding it not to > work, and now you know what comes next. possibly it worked in the past but since /packages/ is redirected to kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org now and it doesn't have https configured download-build will definitely not work if you use a https url in pkgurl in your koji config.
