Horrible memory leak in rawhide (kernel leak?)

Are you using selinux? Try booting with selinux=0 (I know, the
relabelling afterwards sucks...) and seeing if it still occurs.
I believe someone tracked some bogosity into selinux, but hasn't been
able to root-cause it yet.
