libbluetooth soname bump

Umm... what is strange is that root.log shows dependency resolution
problem, however mock kept rebuilding anyway:

root.log:

Perhaps a bug in yum or mock ?

By the way now the dependency on obexftp is resolved and the build seems to be
going well (scratch build)
