KDE 4.2 Ark bug and a fix

As the bug is already filed and fixed upstream, if you want it backported in
Fedora, bugzilla.redhat.com is the place to ask for a backport.

But I can ask on IRC if the other maintainers feel it worth backporting, if
we decide not to, you'll get the fix with 4.2.1.
