any other problems with fontforge?

serafettin-cartoon-fonts failed the mass rebuild with a timeout error
of 86400 seconds = 1 day. On my own computer (Athlon X2 3000MHz), I
could reproduce this problem. The build takes an unrealistically long
time. During this build serafettin used fontforge-20081224-2.

However, using fontforge-20081215-2, the build can be finished on the
same computer within 230 seconds. I was wondering if this is a
serafettin issue or a fontforge issue. Did anyone experience problems
with the latest fontforge?
