Sorry, but how's that a benefit?

RPM Fusion extends the current comps groups with their own stuff. Why do you
want to stop them from doing that? It is what makes multimedia just work if
you add the RPM Fusion Free repository at install time. It also means the
packages will show up in the regular groups in GUIs, not in special "(RPM
Fusion Free)" groups. Banning it would break all this again.
