I have tried to start a review on
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=480486
during the review I have got a look on the homepage of the project. On
this
page I could read, that the content of this package is a part of
XEmacw-21.
So I would to ask, is there any guideline to handle this kind of issues.
