Upgrade to F11, now yum python module missing

First: Note that this is the devel list, please post end user support

Did you have 'updates-testing' enabled in f10?

I suspect that the version in f10 updates-testing is newer than the one
in f11, so it didn't get upgraded. Try installing the yum from f11
updates-testing.
