qt 4.5: qdoc3 missing?

Upstream probably does not catch this bug because they build Qt 4.5
and qt-creator as a bundle.

Perhaps put it in qt-devel and hope nobody starts using it against the
README. Would be nice to be able to have a package declare itself to
be deprecated, so people get properly warned when they install them.
