No.  Secondary arches are handled by the arch teams.  Only primary arches are
hooked up to the main koji hub and get storage on the Fedora Infrastructure.

>From a technical standpoint, it could surely happen.  From a project standpoint
there is a reason the architectures are called 'secondary'.
