naming them as they appear in the url without the -ini.d would make
sense. Something like:

fedora-ds
fedora-ds-admin

to start the services:

/etc/init.d/fedora-ds start
/etc/init.d/fedora-ds-admin start

or leave off the start option to see what else you can do.

To have the servers start on boot do:

/sbin/chkconfig --add fedora-ds
/sbin/chkconfig --add fedora-ds-admin
