That's /usr/bin/ldapsearch, which is openldap ldapsearch, which uses 
openssl for crypto, which is completely different than NSS.  You need to 
use the ldapsearch in /opt/fedora-ds/shared/bin e.g.
cd /opt/fedora-ds/shared/bin ; ./ldapsearch ....
