NT User has nothing to do with samba.

Samba uses SambaSamAccount objectclass - you can look through the schema
and check which attributes apply to samba.

You could make things easier on yourself and go through Samba
documentation...

check out the 'By Example' which pretty much covers everything you would
need to know.
