[Fedora-directory-users] Suddenly, all our LDAP servers segfaulted today?

FDS 1.0.2 and suddenly today three out of four servers segfaulted (at
different times) with this identical dump message:

syslog also had a lot of  this:

available

This is really strange - any ideas?
