I think the problem is that it is trying to unregister itself from 
itself.  I think ds_removal has the -f option to force it to continue if 
unregistration fails.  However, since ds_removal is mostly useful for 
removing and unregistering, and you don't care about the unregistration 
part for the o=NetscapeRoot instance, you can also use remove-ds.pl
