sambaPwdLastSet is the number of seconds between January 1, 1970, and 
the date that the password was last modified.
shadowLastChange is the number of days between January 1, 1970, and the 
date that the password was last modified.

In this case, sambaPwdLastSet is equivalent to Mon Mar  2 01:02:21 UTC 2009.
