Update of /cvs/docs/release-notes/FC4
In directory cvs-int.fedora.redhat.com:/tmp/cvs-serv25395

Modified Files:
	install-notes.xml
Log Message:
PPC install notes bz#158322. Commenting out the various remarks and arch specific materials starts here and will continue, we are NOT building arch specific notes, people will just have to read the ToC for now. When this matters more, we can uncomment the remarks et al. These are vestiges of an old practice we aren't reviewing to use for FC4, and will have to consider for FC5test1 using the latest DocBook/XML methods.
