commit 84ed4ce4e8c63497986d7fa0e703046058270f70
Author: Karsten 'quaid' Wade <kwade at calliope.phig.org>
Date: Thu Nov 6 15:04:08 2008 -0800

Final wiki one-way sync done; some XML only changes here.

    * Decided that the app is called sectool, based on the project page; not 'Sectool' or 'SecTool'; if they mean differently, they need to update the project site
    * Small rewording to improve in English; meaning still the same, probably mess up trans but it was a bit ugly.
