Where did you sign up? Did you sign up for software translations? That
is the only type of translations we have a process in place for right
now.

Are you familiar with the PO translation format? That is what we use
for all translations, software and documentation.

Sorry there aren't any docs on the translations process yet. The RH
translation team is always overbooked.
