FAQs and consolidating it

I agree, best to think about the future now.  We can create the
categories without making it multiple pages by using e.g. <variablelist>
instead of multiple <sectn>s.  If we need the additional space in the
future, the categories remain the same, and we move to a <sectn>
structure.
