While I found your tutorial at

interesting, and will study it at greater length,
it wasn't entirely clear to me who it was aimed at.

What exactly is a "home server"?
What would be a typical configuration for such a beast?
Are we talking about a home LAN with a couple of machines on it?
Or is it basically a model to practise on for larger systems?

This isn't meant as a criticism -
just that a few words describing the kind of setup in question
might be useful in the introduction.
