For giggles, I added it to the Table of Contents on Docs/Beats.  We'll
have to take a look at how it builds into the release notes.

You probably noticed that the FAQ is linked from the left-side
navigation in /usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html, which wraps the release
notes in FC5?

So, consider all that -- we can link in to it, but is the FAQ providing
information essential to initial, off-line operations?

If so, please file a bug against the release notes and have it block the
(new) FC6 tracking bug 197471:
