Hi Tetsuo,

I'm also using FC4, and I have no such problem with building.  According
to spec, both '...' and "..." are perfectly fine in XML.  It also works
fine on FC5/Rawhide, tested just a half hour ago.  Possibly this is a
local problem for your system?
