is the feed for all release notes content coming from:
* Change reports from Docs/Beats/
* Bugzilla reports assigned/Cc:'d/flagged for relnotes at fedoraproject.org
* Usage of *docs* in CVS commit logs
* Direct relnotes at fp.o email
This list is the way to turn on/off the feed of release notes content.
If you are writing a release notes beat, you must be subscribed to this
list. This is how you are aware of incoming content submissions.
