Another option is to hold the formal meeting (discussions and decisions)
on #fedora-meeting, and work in parallel in #fedora-docs.
For example, tomorrow we're going to be making decisions on a few items.
At the same time, Bob and I could be on #fedora-docs doing the weeding
of Docs/Beats/
