OK, that's great, as long as it makes matching (1:1) markup to what is
done by hand. We may need to update some styles we use if we can't get
a GUI editor to do things the same. Some markup styles are due to our
manual output for XML, so those could change either way.
The #!rst is just a code block, right? Not a call to use ReST?
