I am interested in taking responsibility for the RPM (Chapters1--12)
or the Installation Guide or the User Guide. But what exactly would the
responsibilities be?

In the RPM Guide, I would like to
1. update information
2. reduce verbosity in some sections
3. Add a few tables/ cheat sheets
4. Improve the format and
5. *
