comment on your wiki changes please

Whenever you make any change to the wiki, please put a comment in the
appropriate field.  This is good open source practice.  The idea is to
see why you did something, more than what.  However, the wiki doesn't
always reveal the diff for a viewer (e.g. watch email), so having a
brief explanation of what you did is not verbotten.
