[PATCH] Replace boot.iso guidance with netinst.iso guidance

[Paul W. Frields]

The older boot.iso file is no longer included on the installation DVD
as of F-11, and has been supplanted by netinst.iso, which is
distributed at mirrors alongside the DVD image itself.
