no FDSCo meeting on Halloween

Friends:

For tomorrow's meeting, I'd like us to just send status reports into
this list based on what tasks we own here:

With the time change in the States making it darker earlier, and
tomorrow being Halloween, I'll be out with wee costumed girls at the
time of our meeting.

We can have ad-hoc discussions tomorrow during the day and evening, just
to keep things moving.
