[Fedora-electronic-lab-list] remove gspiceui from PPC64

Hello Release engineers,

As the CC: maintainer of gspiceui, I'm requesting the deletion (as
soon as possible) of gspiceui-0.9.65-2.fc10.ppc64 in PPC64, because
it's dependency gwave is not present for the PPC64 arch.
