 HDLmaker is a free tool for developing HDL based FPGA designs. HDLmaker
 generates VHDL and Verilog code for Xilinx and Altera FPGAs and ASICs. The
 design process is greatly simplified by generating the top levels of the
 HDL code as well as all of the necessary support files for most popular
 synthesis tools (Synopsys, Synplicity, Precision) and simulators (NCSim,
 VCS).
