[Fedora-electronic-lab-list] Review: Position paper concerning the NSF Cyber Infrastructure Workshop

Hello  there,

I would need someone to review a Position Paper[1] on FEL. It is only
2 and half pages(without conclusion yet).

JefSpaleta will support this paper this wednesday. So tonight I'll
have to send it to NSF[2]. JefSpaleta already sent a paper with
respect to fedora.

The position paper only reflects FEL's side and how it sustains
advance research.
