 Xcircuit currently supports only cadence generated EDIF 200. However the
 interoperability between dgc and xcircuit is broken with respect import of
 EDIF 200.

 This is fairly a small improvement on the existing xcircuit sources. You
 will find EDIF 200 files from both cadence and dgc here :

 $ yumdownloader --source xcircuit
 $ rpmdev-extract xcircuit [TAB]

 you will have the source of xcircuit and have a look at the edif.tcl file.
