rpms/tetex-prosper (doesn't build in FC3)

Michael,

Strange. It doesn't build in a FC3 system (but it does build in
FC4/rawhide system):

I think it is better to replace dos2unix by sed (and also move the
file modification into the %prep section). See patch attached.
