Log Message:
Removed also older branches due to licence conflicts and hence legal
concerns. Author of included SDK could not be reached after several
attempts at contacting him by e-mail and in his message board. Recent
mails bounced:

    /bin/sh: line 1: /dev/null: Permission denied
    I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

Plans on changing the licence of the SDK to either LGPL or GPL
don't seem to move forward either.
