* Sat Feb 09 2008 Kevin Kofler <Kevin at tigcc.ticalc.org> 0.9.15-1
- Update to 0.9.15 (for redland 1.0.7, also lots of bugfixes)
- Update minimum raptor version
- BR perl(XML::DOM) (needed by the testsuite)

Note: I'm backporting this because of this warning by Soprano:
WARNING! - SPARQL ASK queries are broken in rasqal <= 0.9.14. It is recommended to update to at least version 0.9.15.
