i don't see why *-qt4 should remain in F10. Is there any kde/qt apps that 
really needs it? As i know all Qt/KDE apps looks for standard name instead 
*-qt4. We should remove unneeded stuff like that.

For F9, it should remain due to backwardcompatibility.
