Nope, they are different.  Requires(pre) means "required for running the
%pre scriptlet".  xmms does not have a %pre scriptlet so it's clearly
incorrect there.  Just use plain Requires.  PreReq used to mean
something in addition to Requires, but unless I'm mistaken, they're
equivalent nowadays.
