Desktop file question

Desktop file attached.
It passes desktop-file-validate

But I have a couple questions.
In upstream -

Categories=GNOME;Application;Other;

I've changed that to

Categories=GNOME;Application;Other;X-Red-Hat-Extra;X-Fedora;

Should I drop the "X-Red-Hat-Extra" ?
I don't see that mentioned in the wiki.

also the Extras_2fFedoraDesktopEntryGuidelines page mentions something
called the vendor prefix. What is that? I did not find it described on
the freedesktop.org desktop-entry-spec page.
