Maybe, maybe not. The next step depends on how we work with _new_
contributors, who don't have CVS access yet and who have not appeared
before [e.g. at fedora.us]. If the sponsors at Red Hat sponsor every
contributor, who signs up for a CVS account, there would be no need for
Adrian to import the package already now. He would be done [with his
review] and could wait till Paul gets CVS access. Else Adrian would pick
up the old idea of acting as a proxy to CVS for a new contributor for some
time until he decides to sponsor the person's CVS account. In that case
he would import the package now and accept patches from Paul, too.
