Drivel

I had an email exchange with Jeremy Katz, and given how he has plenty of
other work to do, he is giving over ownership of drivel in FE to me.  I
will shortly update it to 2.0.2.  Refresh my memory please:  If I change
the entry in owners.list, does that automatically trigger a change in
the default bug ownership in Bugzilla, or do I need to drop someone an
email?
