rsync'ing sites heads up!

Hey folks,
 In order to migrate from pre-extras to extras we need to shuffle the
dir hierarchy a bit.

This will probably mean that for those people who are using rysnc
mirrors that everything will shift around and you'll need to rsync all
of it.

sorry, it sucks, but that's the way it is.

your sync path shouldn't have to change, though. :)
