New candidates packages for Extras

I would like to add the following packages to Extras.  These are all
Artistic license except perl-Test-AutoBuild, which is GPL.  

perl-Test-AutoBuild (http://www.autobuild.org/):
  This is a Perl module that provides a Framework for performing
continuous, unattended, automated software builds.  It is a side-project
of mine.  The rest of these are required for Test::AutoBuild to run.

perl-Class-MethodMaker:
  Perl module for creating generic object-oriented methods
perl-Config-Record:
  Perl module for Configuration file access
perl-Pod-POM:
  Perl module for representing a POD object model
perl-Template-Toolkit:
  The Template Toolkit is a fast, powerful and extensible template
  processing system.
perl-Text-Autoformat:
  Perl module for Automatic text wrapping and reformatting
perl-XML-XPath:
  Perl modules for parsing and evaluating XPath statements

Any objections?
