fbida build fix

This makes fbida build. There a are bunch of other build failures which
I could work around by setting _unpackaged_files_terminate_build to
zero, but I don't want to do that. I'm far too lazy to mail the owners
of individual packages separately -- shall I just go and fix them to
remove or package the files as I see fit?
