New package for review : lighttpd

Hi again,

I've put up a new package :
- Fixed the libmysqlclient linking problem : When --with-mysql isn't
specified but mysql_config is detected, the mysql support is enabled, but
the mysql includes and cflags left empty. This is an upstream bug that I've
worked around by simply explicitly enabling mysql.
- Moved the default web files and home of the user to /srv/www/lighttpd.
- Excluded the .la files.
